1. Stop trying to be perfect
Perfectionism is dangerous and draining. Once you stop trying to perfect everything you will realize there is so much beauty even in the imperfect.
2. Start taking recycling seriously
We only have one earth, and if we destroy it, we will have nowhere else to go. Do your part and make it a habit to try to recycle one day at a time.
3. Stop people pleasing
A lot of us are guilty of this, but the good news is that a lot of us are trying to stop it too. People pleasing can be very draining and detrimental to your mental health. Put yourself first; I promise you won’t regret it.
4. Stop comparing your life to people on social media

Stop listening to other people’s opinions and do what makes you happy. You have one life. Live it.

Learning a new language can never go wrong. Start off your new year by doing something intentional for yourself.
